The Huddersfield Society for the Blind is extremely grateful to all our friends who give support both financially and of their time to help us with this very worthwhile cause - we could not do without them.
Volunteering can offer a great opportunity to meet new people in your area, have fun and make a real difference for blind or partially sighted persons.
If you would like to join this fabulous group of people, just a little of your time can make a big difference.
Volunteers are involved in:
Escorting members to events- Fundraising
- Serving on the Board of Trustees
- Supporting activities
However much time you can offer, whatever the skill or experience you can bring, your contribution will be of value to us
